Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
KPOT Middletown wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Text and background colors are checked to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline
- A "skip to main content" link is provided at the top of each page
- Headings follow a single, ordered structure with one main heading per page
- All meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text
- Form fields have associated labels
- Landmark regions identify the header, navigation, main content and footer
- Layouts reflow for small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged to 200%
- Motion is reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion
Known limitations
Some photographs on this site come from social media video posts and carry captions burned into the original footage. We crop these captions out of view, and the alternative text describes the food and the setting rather than the caption.
Accessibility at the restaurant
This statement covers this website. For questions about accessibility inside the restaurant itself, please contact us before your visit so we can give you accurate information.
