The Experience
Sear it, or simmer it
KPOT Middletown is all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and hot pot in one sitting. Each table is built with a barbecue grill and a hot pot burner side by side, so a table can grill and boil at the same time without choosing between the two.

How a KPOT table works
Everything arrives raw and in small plates. You cook it in rounds at your own pace, so the table keeps moving instead of waiting on one large dish.
- The grill sits in the center of the table with an extractor above it
- Broth is set on the burner beside it and topped up as you go
- Plates come out in rounds rather than all at once
- Sides and sauces stay on the table for building each bite

On a typical table
The spread below is what a KPOT Middletown table looks like in service. The full all-you-can-eat selection is listed in the restaurant, so ask your server for the current menu.
- For the grill: marbled beef, pork belly and marinated cuts
- For the pot: shrimp, mussels, squid, fish cake and tofu puffs
- Sides: kimchi, radish, lettuce and fresh greens
- Extras seen on the table include fried sides and rice
